Welcome to a charming 1906 house on a tree-lined street in one of New York's respected, multi-ethnic, residential areas. Small neighborhood shops -- including pharmacies, banks (24-hour ATM's), post office -- and subway access are all less than a 5-minute walk from the front door. Ideal for holiday and business travelers. We book only one traveling party at a time, 1 to 4 people traveling together. No children under 12. No pets. Since 1998, we've welcomed guests from Albania (Kosovo), Argentina, Australia (including Tasmania), Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Scotland, South Africa, Switzerland, Wales and our own US states.
